Lisa figure skated and coached CanSkate during her teen years. She brings to the Section over 10 years of management experience in the non-profit sector. Lisa has demonstrated and been recognized as having a strong background in the following areas:
Kelly is a graduate of Mount Royal University with a diploma in Recreation and Sport Administration. Kelly was a competitive ice dancer at the national level and she joined the Section office in 2003. She provides assistance to clubs in the following areas:
Membership and registration support
Club policies and procedures
Reviews club by-laws
Assists with dispute resolution for clubs and members
Holly has been involved in the sport of figure skating her entire life, as a skater, coach, Section Board member and now as Athlete Development Manager. Her knowledge of the sport provides assistance to skaters and coaches and is the main support role for athletes in our Section.

Oversees the development and organization of Section Teams: Junior Development, Challenge and Nationals
Lisa Bonderove is a graduate of the University of Alberta, with a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Administration. She was a competitive synchronized skater and coach from grassroots to International levels. She joined the Section office in April 2008 and currently provides support to Officials, Skating Programs and Teams.
Oversees Special Olympics, Adult Skating, Synchronized Skating, Recreational Skating, and Inclusive Skating.
Acts as Team Manager and provides assistance to the Junior Development and Select Teams.
Colleen has been involved in skating her whole life as a skater and coach. She spent 2 years touring with Disney On Ice. She was also a competitive synchronized skater, competing nationally and internationally.

Coach communications and support
Provides assistance and clarification to clubs in regards to coaching certification requirements for each program
Provides coordination support for seminars, workshops, competitions and events
Provides assistance in administering the various awards programs
Manages, coordinates and provides support for the three main championship competitions in the section
Coordinates and manages the implementation of the Leading Edge Series
Is the staff support role to the Section Competition Committee
Provides support, advice, and tools/templates to Local Organizing Committees in hosting competitions in the Section
Leona has been involved in the sport of figure skating her entire life, as a Skater, Coach, Section Board Member, Learning Facilitator and recently a STAR 1-4 Judge. She works part time in the office as the Administrative Coordinator. Her knowledge of the sport provides assistance to the other section office staff.
Processes and provides support for competition sanctions, ribbon and medal orders and equipment requests for competitions
Manages the central registration for competitions and events on Uplifter
Creates the 'In the Loop' newsletter with input from Section staff
Korin loves figure skating as she has been a skating mom for 10 years. She has been a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) since 2012. And she has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of industries, including 10 years of public practices in leading international accounting firms.
