The Derrick Skating Club has been in operation in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada since September of 1966. The DSC strives to ensure that our program participants have every opportunity to experience the joy of skating and pursue their goals in a stimulating, supportive, and safe environment.
Our Program offerings include:
- Learn to Skate Programs, including Pre-CanSkate, CanSkate, and Adult CanSkate
- Introductory Figure Skating Academy (IFSA)
- Private Level Figure Skating, including STARSkate and CompetitiveSkate programs
- CanPowerSkate
- The DSC also offers Inclusive Skating opportunities
The Derrick Skating Club provide Skate Canada programming to inspire and support participants in our community to embrace the lifelong enjoyment of skating at any age and ability for fun, fitness, and achievement.
