- Proof of current Skate Canada Membership
- Proof of complete Star 5 Assessment or previous complete Jr. Bronze Test
- Proof of age
- Proof of Coaching Foundation eLearning Course (available on the Skate Canada eLearning page)
- Proof of CanSkate Foundations eLearning Course (available on the Skate Canada eLearning page)
- NCCP Number - To request your NCCP number, please go to https://thelocker.coach.ca. Click on the link that says 'Don't have an NCCP#? Create one now!'
