2018 Section ACGM Workshop & Keynote Presentation
Workshop: Club Board Effectiveness 101
Presenters: Norm Proft, Kelly Havixbeck
Strategic planning is perceived as boring, unnecessary or even intimidating. Why not make it fun? Join us for this interactive workshop where we will help you think about strategic planning differently. Effective strategic planning focuses the energy, resources and time of everyone in your club/skating school to create the best skating environment for your customers.
We encourage club board memebers, coaches, administrators and those assisting in the clubs and skating schools to attend. Oh, and did we mention there will be prizes?!
